This recipe is super quick and easy and most importantly FRESH. It’s taco and nachos’ best friend.
- 4-5 fresh tomatoes (firm not soft)
- 1 small red onion
- 1 tbsp of Coriander, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp of Parsley, finely chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 Jalepeno, finely chopped ( or use 1 tsp of chilli flakes)
- Salt and pepper
- Finely chop everything
- In a large bowl, everything throughly.
